The vacant seats in each class and schedule of registration are notified by the school every year in January. Prospectus along with Registration Form and Admission Form is available by the School Office or may be downloaded from school website. Parents who want to get their wards admitted to Vidyantriksh Senior Secondary School, Bhiwani need to first check the availability of seats in the class which they want to admit their wards to. If seat is available, they need to submit the Registration Form, complete in all respects and accompanied by all required documents must be submitted to the School Office within the prescribed date. It will be followed by an interaction with the family and child to guide them about the school rules and policies. The selection and declaration of the names of the children being granted admission to Vidyantriksh Senior Secondary School, Bhiwani would be notified in advance by the Principal. Attested copies of the following documents would be required to be submitted along with the application form for registration
– Birth certificate issued by the competent government authority.
– Transfer certificate issued by the previous school (except for Class I) where the child studied.
– Report card of the child from previous school (except for Class I)
– Photos of child, mother, and father, local guardian, if applicable
– Aadhar Card of child, mother, and father
– Address proof of residence
The child must meet the age criteria for the class he/ she is seeking admission in.
– A child must be 5 years old on 1st of April in the academic year in which admission is being sought for admission in class I.
– The last date for admission will be as per the notification of the State Education Department. School principal is the competent authority to make a final decision in this regard.
– As per the provisions of 134A, 10% of seats are reserved for the wards of economically backward/ EWS/ BPL families.
